How do I Pay?
You can either file a card on our website on the phone, or pay by credit card afterwards. We can swipe a card in-person with our mobile payment system.
How do I bag the laundry?
Many customers use their own laundry bags, baskets or even garbage bags. We can return your baskets and bags back to you when the clothes are returned.
What is the turnaround time for laundry?
Typically, we are able to deliver your laundry back within the day. If it is a large order; or ordered late in the day, we will return it the next day.
We will be in touch throughout the entire process, to keep you posted on progress and to answer any questions you may have.
How should I separate laundry for pickup?
You don't have to, our washers will separate all items according to fabric color and type.
If you have special requests, just let us know by calling or texting. We can customize any order.
Do you wash my order with other customers' orders?
No, all customers' orders are washed and dried separately.
How much does my laundry weigh?
Average laundry orders for a week or two's worth of clothing is around 30 pounds. We are happy to weigh the laundry for you prior to starting, to give you an accurate estimate of the final price.
What are your hours?
We pickup and deliver from 7AM until 10PM, 7 days a week.
